Last updated: October 10, 2026
Welcome to ELVIZI. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ELVIZI website, including browsing, creating an account, purchasing products, and using our services.
Throughout these Terms, the words “ELVIZI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ELVIZI. The words “you” and “your” refer to any person visiting our website or using our services.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable website policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
1. About ELVIZI
ELVIZI is an online lifestyle marketplace offering carefully selected products across categories including technology, home, beauty, fashion, accessories, and everyday essentials.
Our goal is to provide customers with convenient access to thoughtfully selected products from suppliers and fulfilment partners.
We may update our products, services, website features, and business operations as our store develops.
2. Website Access and Customer Accounts
You may browse our website and purchase products provided you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
-
Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
-
Taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
-
Notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access or suspicious account activity.
You must not sell, transfer, or allow another person to misuse your account.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice, subject to applicable law.
3. Acceptable Website Use
You agree to use the ELVIZI website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with other customers or the operation of our services.
You must not:
-
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or accounts.
-
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
-
Interfere with website security or normal functionality.
-
Use our website to engage in fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
-
Copy, scrape, or extract website content or customer information without authorisation.
-
Reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
-
Use our services to distribute spam or unauthorised promotional material.
-
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
We may take reasonable action against activity that violates these Terms, including restricting access or suspending an account where appropriate.
4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability
ELVIZI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate.
However, certain differences may occur:
-
Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, and display settings.
-
Product packaging or minor details may change due to manufacturer updates.
-
Product specifications may vary where suppliers update a product.
-
Stock availability may change because of supplier or fulfilment circumstances.
Product images are provided to help customers understand what they are purchasing. Customers should review product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and other available details before placing an order.
We reserve the right to update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products where necessary.
If a significant product error affects an order, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.
5. Pricing, Promotions, and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website. Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will ordinarily be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, subject to applicable law and the correction of genuine errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional charges such as shipping, applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your destination and the terms displayed during checkout.
Promotions may have separate conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates, discount limits, or restrictions on combining offers. Where a promotion has specific terms, those terms will apply to that promotion.
Payments must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
If we identify a genuine pricing, technical, or product-information error, we may need to contact you to explain the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. We will not use this provision to disregard rights that you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Orders may be subject to payment verification, product availability, fraud prevention checks, and supplier confirmation.
ELVIZI may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
-
Products that are unavailable.
-
Genuine pricing or listing errors.
-
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
-
Incorrect or incomplete order information that prevents fulfilment.
-
Circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unlawful.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
We may contact you using the email address or other contact information provided at checkout if an issue arises with your order.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered processing or fulfilment. For further information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Order Fulfilment and Delivery
ELVIZI works with suppliers and fulfilment partners to prepare and deliver orders.
Depending on product availability and fulfilment arrangements:
-
Orders may be processed from different locations.
-
Products within one order may arrive in separate packages.
-
Delivery times may differ between products or destinations.
-
Tracking information may become available at different stages of fulfilment.
We aim to keep customers informed about their orders and provide available tracking information.
Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, supplier availability, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods, and other circumstances.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information about delivery estimates, shipping costs, and international deliveries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any delivery-related obligations or remedies that apply under applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
ELVIZI handles returns, refunds, and cancellation requests in accordance with our published Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers must follow the return procedure provided by our support team before sending products back.
Depending on the circumstances, products may need to meet specified return conditions, and supporting information may be required to assess a request.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible so that we can review the issue.
We may decline a return request that does not meet the applicable return requirements, except where a return, refund, or other remedy is required by law.
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for the applicable return period, eligibility conditions, refund procedures, and shipping arrangements.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
-

-

-
Website hosting and technical service providers.

These services may operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
ELVIZI does not control every aspect of third-party services or external websites. We are therefore unable to guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or independent business practices.
Where you use a third-party service, we encourage you to review its applicable terms and privacy policy.
This section does not remove any responsibility ELVIZI has under applicable law for services or products we provide.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the ELVIZI name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, marketing materials, and other original website content are owned by ELVIZI or used with appropriate permission.
Product images, trademarks, descriptions, and materials belonging to manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Customer Reviews and Feedback
ELVIZI may provide opportunities for customers to submit product reviews, comments, suggestions, or other feedback.
When submitting feedback, you agree that:
-
Your submission must be truthful and must not intentionally mislead other customers.
-
You must have the right to submit any content you provide.
-
Your content must not violate another person’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
-
You must not submit spam, malicious code, or fraudulent reviews.
By submitting feedback, you grant ELVIZI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and share that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including improving and promoting our services, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Submitting feedback does not automatically entitle you to payment or compensation. Any incentive offered for a review or other submission will be subject to the relevant promotional conditions and applicable disclosure requirements.
12. Website Errors and Updates
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate product information, outdated prices, missing information, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update website content, and make reasonable changes to products or services.
Where an error materially affects an order, we may need to contact the customer and discuss cancellation, correction, or another appropriate solution.
We will handle such situations fairly and in accordance with applicable law, including any rights that customers have already acquired.
We do not guarantee that every website feature will always be available without interruption, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain our services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ELVIZI is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including certain third-party service interruptions, carrier delays, or events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information and following applicable product instructions and safety guidance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. This includes any non-excludable consumer rights, applicable product-safety obligations, or other mandatory legal protections.
Where the law permits a limitation of liability, it will apply only to the extent allowed by the relevant law and the circumstances of the claim.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of ELVIZI is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
We may process personal information to fulfil orders, manage accounts, provide customer support, prevent fraud, operate our website, and perform other legitimate business activities described in that policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Please read our Privacy Policy for further information about cookies, third-party service providers, international transfers, marketing preferences, and your privacy rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access to our website or particular account features where reasonably necessary, including when we identify suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will notify the affected customer and explain the reason for the action.
Suspension or termination does not remove obligations that arose before the suspension or termination, including outstanding payment obligations or rights relating to existing orders.
Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, website features, services, or legal requirements.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent.
Changes will apply from the date specified in the updated Terms or accompanying notice, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired where doing so is prohibited by law.
We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal requirements that apply to a customer’s transaction.
Where applicable, customers may have additional rights under the laws of their country or region of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by ELVIZI to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive our right to enforce it on another occasion.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced in them, govern your use of our website, subject to applicable law.
