Welcome to the ELVIZI Affiliate Program.
The ELVIZI Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting ELVIZI products through approved marketing channels.
By joining the program, affiliates agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers who complete qualifying purchases through their unique affiliate links.
ELVIZI provides affiliates with tracking tools, promotional resources, and product information to help them promote our collections.
2. Affiliate Approval
All affiliate applications are reviewed by ELVIZI.
We reserve the right to:
Approve or reject applications
Remove affiliates who violate program rules
Suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity
Approval does not guarantee continued participation.
3. Commission Structure
ELVIZI uses a category-based commission structure:
Tier 1:
10% Commission
For selected lower-margin products.
Tier 2:
12% Commission
For standard product categories.
Tier 3:
15% Commission
For higher-margin products and selected promotional campaigns.
Commission rates may vary depending on product category and campaign.
4. Qualified Sales
A commission is earned only when:
The customer completes payment
The order is successfully tracked through the affiliate system
The order is not cancelled
The order is not refunded
The order is not identified as fraudulent
5. Commission Holding Period
To protect against refunds and chargebacks:
Commissions may remain pending until the order validation period has passed.
Approved commissions are paid according to ELVIZI’s payout schedule.
6. Affiliate Payment Schedule
ELVIZI pays approved affiliate commissions:
Biweekly
Payments are processed after reviewing:
Refunds
Chargebacks
Fraud checks
Order validity
Affiliates must provide accurate payment information to receive commissions.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote ELVIZI honestly and professionally.
Affiliates must not:
Make false product claims Guarantee results that are not promised by ELVIZI Misrepresent prices or discounts Use misleading advertisements Spam customers Promote ELVIZI through illegal methods
8. Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved:
ELVIZI logos
Product images
Promotional materials
provided by ELVIZI.
Affiliates may not:
Modify brand assets in a misleading way
Create fake ELVIZI websites
Impersonate ELVIZI
9. Paid Advertising Rules
Affiliates must request approval before running paid advertisements using ELVIZI brand terms.

ELVIZI discount code
This protects the brand from unnecessary competition between affiliates.
10. Promotions & Discount Rules
Affiliates may only use discount codes provided or approved by ELVIZI.
Unauthorized discount codes may result in commission removal.
11. Fraud Prevention
ELVIZI monitors affiliate activity.
Accounts may be suspended for:
Fake orders
Self-referrals
Manipulating tracking systems
Incentivized fraud
Unethical marketing practices
12. Affiliate Account Termination
ELVIZI may terminate affiliate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Fraud is suspected
Brand reputation is harmed
Unpaid commissions from invalid transactions may be cancelled.
13. Changes To The Affiliate Program
ELVIZI may update:
Commission rates
Program rules
Payment schedules
Promotional requirements
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
